This service analyses the condition of the property, it is able to offer legal advice and highlights any urgent issues. It is our lowest priced service.
Major Elements Survey
Identifying and investigating any major defects throughout the property, this service is a much more concise survey and looks at only the major defects without any wasting time on obvious or minor issues.
Our building surveyors are professional and calm which comes in handy when dealing with the Party Wall Act. The act is very complex and often leaves neighbours in disputes.
Schedule of Condition
Used prior to commencing a lease or even during party wall procedures, this survey provides clients with an overview of the building's condition and usually comes with many photographs.
Schedule of Dilapidations
Similar to a schedule of condition, except this report focuses on the condition and defects that are present at the end of a lease.
